1. Definitions

"Ad services package"- a package of advertising services or products that the company will provide to its customers as described in the order form that the Company provides and as the Client signs to choose the Ad Service Package, complying with these Terms and the terms mentioned in the Advertising Agreement.
"Client"- the one who is the party of the Advertising Agent.
"Customer"- the party dealing with or renting services/products of the client.
"Effective date"- the date atop these described Terms.
"Intellectual Property Rights"- includes all the patents, rights in goodwill, rights in data, copyright, trademarks, database, topography rights, rights in designs, rights in know-how, confidential information rights, proprietary knowledge, and all rights under consent or any other that are equivalent in effect to these rights mentioned in Terms.
"Material"- Material published on the website or the content that the company provides about its Services.
"Privacy Policy"- The policy of the company that updates from time to time.
" Product"- a platform for online classifieds advertising that the Website provides and is also present on the Ad Services Package.
"Posting agents"- any third-party agent that posts material for its Services or on behalf of others.
"Registration Details"- the details that any User ought to provide while doing registration on the website.
"Service"- the offer of the product or Website services.
"Unacceptable"- any information uploaded on the Website which, under the jurisdiction law that the Website has access to, is considered to be:

"User Material"- Content or any material posted on Rent It Online Portal L.L.C.by the Users or groups offering Services on Rent.

2. General Terms and Conditions

2.1 The Users must provide current, true, complete, and accurate Registration details on Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. while registering on the Website.
2.2 The Users agree that the Website contains advertisements done by companies associated with the Website.
2.3 The Users agree that they are of legally acceptable age and eligible to enter into contracts with the Company for using the services.
2.4 The Users must update any information related to them, if there are any changes, to continue the use of products and Services on the Website.
2.5 The Company has all the rights to withdraw any adverts placed on the Website by associated businesses without providing any clarification.
2.6 Any advertisements placed on the Company Website by the associated companies that do not relate to the services of the Website will be permanently removed. The associated company has to abide by the rules of the Website and must not try to post the content again on the Company Website.
2.7 The Users of the website agree that advertisers or Companies may advertise on the Website for any kind of rental services. The Users acknowledge that these advertisements will be for their use and might benefit them.
2.8 Any company or advertiser using the Website or its Services for advertising or offering rental services of any kind must add their full name in the advertisement. They must make it clear to the Users that they are only offering rental services on the Website.
2.9 The Website makes it clear that it won't use the information provided by any User for any unnecessary purposes or shared with Third Parties.
2.10 Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. acknowledges maintaining the confidentiality of the information obtained on the Website. The Company keeps the information confidential as far as it is not required by higher authorities for matters of legal concern.
2.11 The Users of the Website or its Services agree that Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. can call them to verify their authenticity, by calling on the contact details the Users provide us with.
2.12 Also, all the calls between the Users and Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. executives will be recorded for quality assurance and not shared with anyone for other purposes.
2.13 The Users also agree to let the Company use their contact details information to inform them about the promotional offers and discounts running on the Website.
2.14 Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. states that it will only use the data provided by the Users for conditions only mentioned in these Terms and not for any other purposes.
2.15 Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. will be compelled to disclose the personal information of the Users in legal issue cases or if requested by law enforcement agencies for any specific reason citing security.
2.16 The Users may reach out to us on (hello@rentitonline.ae) If they wish to unsubscribe from our services. Also, they may unsubscribe if they don't want the Company to use their personal information for promotional offers or similar purposes.
2.17 The Users must not disclose their personal private information to anyone to ensure their security as long as they continue to access the website or use its services.
2.18 The Company reserves all the rights to terminate the account of any User who breaches the laws or performs actions that have been indicated not to be done on the Terms of this Website.
2.19 The Company also holds the right to terminate the User account without notifying the User through any form of communication mode like email, telephone contact, or even messaging. The Company is not answerable to anyone for providing clarification and/or the reason for not notifying during the account termination of the User.
2.20 The Website must not be used by the Users for any kind of fraudulent activity or actions that promote suspicion.
2.21 The Users acknowledge that they would keep all their account-related credentials confidential.
2.22 The Users must not share their password with anyone to avoid misuse of the account and other personal information provided on the Website while registering to use the services of the Website.
2.23 The password set-up is for security reasons and the Users must not breach this policy, under any conditions, for their profit. If found breaching, the User account will be terminated from the Website and the User will be abandoned from further access to the Website and use of its Services.
2.24 The Users are not allowed to use any flagging tools that might hinder the activities of the Website. The Users cannot use the community control systems either to remove the posts of the Website or any of its competitors. The Company also does not permit the Users for copying any of the material or content available On the Company's Website.
2.25 Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. owns and holds all the rights for providing all kinds of Rental Services including trademarks, designs, graphics, trade names, and texts.
2.26 The Users behavior and conduct must be acceptable and the site will object if found to be abusive or offensive in any way. The Users have no right to use the data or transfer the material is not acceptable by any individual or a group of individuals.
2.27 By registering on the website, the Users must not assume it as a license to use any information available on the Website. If any User wants to use any kind of information available on the Websites, they ought to take written permission from the Company.
2.28 The Users can download the information on the Website or print copies of the same, only and strictly for their personal use. However, the Users are not allowed to modify or tamper with the content or information available on the Website for making financial profits, illegally.
2.29 If there is a limit to varying security features of the Website, you acknowledge abiding by the same. The Users are not allowed to interfere with the security features of the Company Website. If found doing so, the Company reserves all the rights to take strict action against the User violating the conditions of the Website.
2.30 The Company reserves all the rights to the material or content available on the Website. Any kind of modification or recreation of this work is strictly prohibited for the Users of the Website. The Company does not allow or give the right to anybody to either reproduce or copy the content on the Website.
2.31 The Company takes all illegal actions or frauds seriously and the Company can't be held liable by the Users for such issues.
2.32 If any User of the Website faces fraud, they must immediately report the same to the Company Website. The Company commits to convey the message to the concerned regulatory authorities and take action against the person involved in such illegal matters.
2.33 If you are an owner of any information available on the Website or a representative on behalf of the owner and feel that there was Copyright Infringement done in any way, you may submit written documentation regarding the deletion of your original content.
2.34 This information may be the signature of the owner of a right or the signature of the representative on behalf of the owner whose information is available on the Website.

With that, the Company will find it easy to contact the owner or the representative on behalf of the owner after reviewing the Copyright infringement details.
2.38 The owner or the representative on behalf of the owner must submit a legal and signed document that ensures the complaint is legit and how the content was infringed is not permitted by the copyrights of the original owner.
2.39 A signed document where the owner acknowledges that the Company won't be harmed by any claims of third-party agents when the Company removes the content from the Company website.
2.40 The owner or the representatives on behalf of the owner must also provide a signed document asserting that the information being provided regarding copyright infringement is accurate and won't be found false in the future.
2.41 If the information is found false, the Company reserves the right to end the association of the Company with the owner or the representative on behalf of the owner who made a false claim regarding copyright infringement.
2.42 The Company will send invitations to the Users for commenting regarding the performance and integrity of other Users on the Company Website.
2.43 The Users must make no unlawful use of the Company Website or use the Website for any illegal purposes that may cause harm to the repute of the owner or the Company, also.
2.44 The Users, with these terms and conditions, acknowledge that they won't use the Company Website for any malicious or fraudulent activities by adopting illegal methods.
2.45 The Users must not make any attempt to hack the Website or its security codes or introduce any viruses into the Website that might be harmful not just to the Users but also to the Company.
2.46 The Users, by registering on the Website, agree that they won't transmit any kind of important information to the competitors of the Website in illegal ways that may provide harmful to the Company.
2.47 The Users are also not allowed to use any materials or tools that might damage or disrupt the normal functioning of the Company Website.
2.48 Nobody using the Company Website is allowed to make use of any kind of automated programs that will enable the use of the flagging system of the Company. The Users are also not allowed to use any flagging tools that will remove the posts of their competitors on the Company Website without any reason.
2.49 The Users cannot use any computer programs to take a glance at the Service without the consent of the Company Website. The Users are allowed to access any Services of the Company Website only manually and without causing any harm to the Company or the Company Website.
2.50 The Users must not use the Services on the Company Website for any purpose other than personal usage.
2.51 The Users must never attempt to copy the content on the Company Website without consent from the Company.
2.52 The Users acknowledge that they won't use the Services on the Company Website in an illegal manner or in any way that might be harmful to the Company.
2.53 The Company doesn't allow the users to use the Services on the Company Website which will cause policy breach or some kind of harm to the Company.
2.54 The Users must not try to modify the notices on the Company Website or remove any copyright notices, too.
2.55 The Users are not allowed to publish any User material on the Company Website that might cause a policy breach or is unacceptable for the Company Website.
The User must never try to include any links to other third-party websites on the Company Website, except for the ones that the Company allows. 2.56 Nobody is allowed to interfere with the enjoyment or usage of the services of any User.
2.57 The Users must follow the code of conduct for the Company Website and not present themselves in an abusive way while they use the Services on the Company Website.
2.58 The Users must not try to make any unsolicited contacts with anyone who has asked they must not be contacted in any way and by any means. The contact is prohibited for any kind of purpose whether commercial or personal.
2.59 The Users must not try to make contact with someone to ask them to post something on a third-party website that will benefit the User financially or breach the policies of the Company Website.
2.60 No User using the services on the Company Website is allowed to harass or stalk any other User using the Services of the Company Website.
2.61 The Users are not at all allowed to collect the personal data of any other User making use of the Website Services for any unlawful or commercial purposes.
2.62 The Users must not try to falsely represent themselves as someone else that will invite strict legal action if found guilty of committing an unlawful or illegal activity on the Company Website.
2.63 The User must never try to include any links to other third-party websites on the Company Website, except for the ones that the Company allows.

3. Paid Postings

3.1 If the Users wish to post an advertisement on the Website, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee for the same. Even after the fee payment, the Paid Material can be posted by the Users only on a particular area of the Website. Any fees paid on the Website for Paid Postings are non-refundable in all circumstances, no matter what the reason might be to not post the ad. The Company does not allow the Users to use Posting Agents without any written permission from the Company or the Website executives.
3.2 The Users posting on the Company Website can be individual or group business owners. The Website only asks for the basic details of the individual's postings about their services. For the group business owners, it is mandatory to provide the company name and trading license apart from the basic registration details and mail ID. The Users must use the Services of the Website or if they agree to these Terms. It is advised to discontinue the use of the Website Services if any User does not comply with these Terms.
3.3 The User's postings on Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. warrant that they are at least 18 years of age and are eligible to enter into any kind of legal contract with the Website. Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. reserves the right to withdraw the Ad post of any User found to be less than 18 years of age and not eligible to enter the legal contracts with the Website. Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. further reserves the discretion to take strict action against any User or refuse to post the User Ad provided to the Company by this User without giving any prior notice.

4. User Data

4.1 The Company reserves all the rights to record the User Registration details and other data about their use of the Website Services. However, Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. states that it will not share or disclose this information to any third parties, and will be kept confidential. The User information will also not be used for any other unnecessary purposes that are not related to the Website or its Services. By submitting the details, the Users give authorization to the company to use the User information provided on the Website, to inform them about marketing-related purposes or any kind of promotional offers by Third parties. The Users must leave the Website and not submit any personal details if they disagree with these Terms and don't wish to let the Company use their information.
To avoid any doubts, Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. makes it clear that it only provides rental services and does not sell any goods.

5. No liability

5.1 The company is not liable for any kind of losses of the business, production, opportunity, profit, revenue, contract, use, anticipated savings, or even loss of goodwill. Although the Company makes all the attempts to prevent Viruses on the Website, it is not liable for any virus not excluded from the Website due to any reason.

6. Ad Services Package

6.1 If you are a customer or a User of the Website or its Services, the Company might publish any information about you or your Services on the Website. Also, the Company cannot be held liable in any way or regarded as an organization dealing in breach of confidentiality as we reserve the right to publish information provided to us for similar purposes. The Company offers some Ad Services Packages which may be changed from time to time by the Company. The Company will provide notifications of any changes being made in the Ad Services Package by posting on the Website or by directly informing the Client or the Customers of the Website Services.
6.2 The Company may modify its terms of running the business operations at any point in time without providing a detailed explanation of the same to the Users or the Clients. If the Users do not accept these modifications or changes to the website, the Users may discontinue the use of the Website Services. Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. is not liable for any loss or delays in the services suffered by a client or the Users, no matter what the reason for performance failure was.

7. Tenant Terms

7.1 The tenants renting a product or using any service on Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. must be:
a) Above or at least 18 years of age.
b) Comply with laws applicable to the services or the product.
c) Possess valid identification documents.
d) Be capable of entering into a legal contract with Rent It Online Portal L.L.C.
e) Warrant that they have the legal authorization to rent the product or use the Website services.
f) They won't breach the laws applicable to the services or products of the Website.

8. Liability limitation

8.1 The liability of Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. shall not exceed AED 1,000 irrespective of the losses or cause for the same, under these Terms and Conditions.

9. VAT

9.1 Rent It Online Portal L.L.C. reserves the right to charge VAT (as per UAE laws) without any limits when it is concerned with the fees payable by Users for the Services they use on the website.

10. Rental conditions

10.1 The Users must not deny paying the minimum fee charged by the varying Clients for the Rental Services they are providing. The Users must inform the Clients or Companies operating on the website if they wish to extend their rental period by paying the extra charges. However, the Users must inform the Clients beforehand to avoid any delays, confusion, or miscommunication at any point in time.
10.2 The Users who are renting any of the products provided by the Clients agree to return the rented product in the same condition as they got it. The Company and the Clients offering services on the Website reserve the right to charge a compensation fee from the Users or the Customers in case of any damages caused on their part, no matter how big or small. Any User who denies following the Company or Website regulations will face account termination.

10.3 It is clearly stated that the contact details will be required and the Users must share their genuine contact details with the Company and its Clients. Also, the users must ensure that the details or phone numbers they share must be active during the rental period otherwise they might have to face the consequences, including strict action for negligence on their part. If there are any extra charges for the Services being used by the Users from this Website, they have to pay the fees for the same. The tenants must discontinue the use of the Website and its services if they do not agree to pay the charges that other tenants are agreeably paying.
10.4 The tenants must be of legal age to be eligible for the use of the Services or Products on the Website. If the Company executives find the information provided by the Users to be false, the Users will face strict action from the Website including account termination permanently. If the Users do not meet the requirements or the basic eligibility criteria for a tenant to use the rental services, the Clients or the Customers of the Company reserve the right to refuse to fulfill the demands of the Users without explaining the same. The Company advises the Users to read the information for basic eligibility criteria to use any kind of rental services thoroughly to avoid nuisance in the future.

11. Documentation formalities

11.1 If the Clients or Customers of the Website ask the Users or the tenants to provide and fulfill the documentation formalities, the Users are expected to do the same. If the Clients find any document missing, which is otherwise mandatory to fulfill the eligibility criteria for tenancy, the Clients may refuse Services to the Users.

12. Payments

12.1 The Company ensures that all the payments made on the Website are secured and confidential. The Website offers multiple payment gateways to the Users for their convenience. If the Users wish to opt for Cash on Delivery, they can choose the same.
