We appreciate your feedback about our agents at Rent It Online. To help us process your review effectively, please follow these guidelines
- Be Respectful: Ensure your review is courteous and relevant. Avoid offensive or inappropriate language.
- Minimum Length: Your review should be at least 10 characters.
- Language Options: Reviews should be in English or Arabic only.
- Serious Claims: Allegations of blackmail or threats will be taken seriously and could lead to review rejection.
- Evidence: Submit clear and relevant proof if needed. Irrelevant or unclear evidence may result in rejection.
- Personal Experience: Your review should be based on your own direct interaction with the agent.
- Single Review Rule: Please post only one review per agent at a time. Multiple reviews in a short period will be discarded.
- Avoid Spam: Repetitive, nonsensical, or irrelevant content will be removed.
- Personal Info: Do not include personal details in your review. Provide necessary information in the designated fields.
- Moderation Contact: The moderation team may reach out to you for additional information if required.
- Contact Sharing: Your details might be shared with the agent or agency for further review if necessary.
- Agent Requests: Agents may ask clients to leave reviews.
- No Self-Reviews: Reviews from individuals with matching names or emails to the agent or agency will be rejected to avoid self-reviews.
